Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients
For the Steak
- 1½ lbs sirloin steak, ribeye, or filet (cut into 1½-inch cubes)
- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Cream Sauce
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup beef broth (or chicken broth)
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning or fresh thyme
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes (for a little heat)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Steak in Our Large Skillett Or Electric Skillett!
- Pat steak bites dry with paper towels (very important for a good sear).
- Season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
2. Sear the Steak Bites
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil.
- Once hot, add steak bites in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
- Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter to the same skillet.
- Once melted, add garlic and sauté 30–45 seconds until fragrant (do not burn).
- Pour in beef broth, scraping up the browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Finish the Dish
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return steak bites (and juices) to the skillet.
- Toss to coat and cook 1–2 minutes until warmed through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.

- Garlic bread or crusty baguette
- A glass of red wine
